Heavy security as Court rules on bail of Dr Rahmon Adedoyin, six staff

There is heavy security presence at the entrance of Osun State High Court, Osogbo as Justice Adepele Ojo rules on the bail application for owner of Hilton Hotel and Resort Ile Ife, Dr Rahmon Adedoyin and six staff over alleged murder of Obafemi Awolowo University Master student, Timothy Adegoke.

Adedoyin, Magdalene Chiefuna, Adeniyi Aderogba, Oluwole Lawrence, Oyetunde Kazeem Adebayo Kunle and Adedeji Adesola were arraigned and remanded on eleven count charges bothering on murder, conspiracy, felony amongst others as the case was adjourned till today for ruling on the bail application.

The counsel for the defendants, Kunle Adegoke and K. K Eleja argued the formal bail application of all the defendants which was opposed by the prosecuting counsel, M O Omosun filed before Justice Ojo.

After the ruling on the bail application, hearing will commence for the case.

Families and sympathizers are in the courtroom for commencement of the sitting.
