The Executive Chairman of Somolu Local Government, Hon. Abdul Hamed Salawu, as part of his campaign promises, has given the ever busy Elediye road at Onipanu a new look.
The asphalting process of the road started last night after close of businesses on the road, in order not to disturb commercial activities of the busiest street connecting Somolu to Ikorodu Road.
The workaholic Council Chairman who promised to execute a minimum of three projects in his first month of Second term in office has just delivered Watch Tower and Elediye roads in 23 days. He also distributed free food items to elderly people in Somolu as part of his monthly welfare package for elderly people.
The Canada trained business man cum politician has again been nominated as the best local government Chairman in South Carolina West Nigeria.
