IGP Baba Launch Special Desk for Persons with Disabilities

The Inspector General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba has set up a special desk for persons with disability on Thursday 6th January at the Force Headquarters in Abuja.
In a press statement by the Force Public Relations Department and received by Trek Africa Newspaper stated that, “The official Launch of the Nigeria Police Special Desk for Persons with Disability, held today 6th January 2022, at the Force Headquarters, Abuja.”
According to the Statement, “The Special Desk was established to avail persons with disability unfettered access to police services, and give full effect to the Discrimination Against Persons with Disability (Prohibition) Act, 2018.”
